I was inspired to post this and MY FRIEND HAS DOWN SYNDROME when I discovered this fabulous group of Drag Queens! Drag Syndrome All of the gorgeous Queens in this group have Down Syndrome.

These books present a wonderful way to teach children what it means to have Down Syndrome. They both tell a story about a child with a friend with DS and their differences and similarities. It’s so important to show children how beautiful our differences can be and how they shouldn’t inhibit friendships.
