It contains the familiar tune of ‘Rain, rain go away’, which is a wonderfully soothing song for rocking babies and toddlers. The illustrations are beautiful, full of color and detail. The lyrics contain many descriptive action words, so I like to have the parents act out these words for their children, while they rock them to the rhythm of the song.
