It’s very upsetting at how often I feel I need to be posting this book. There are other books in this series that help children that are part of dreadful situations.
Children form fears when hearing about tragedies they don’t experience first hand. This book is meant to ease those fears by teaching children coping tools to feel safe. It talks about community helpers and empowerment as well as guides care givers in having these tough conversations.
We have a booklist to help after a tragedy: No Man Is an Island.
