Violet’s Tempest

Violet’s Tempest

Violet's tempest book cover.

Written by: Ian Eagleton.

Illustrated by: Clara Anganuzzi.

Violet’s world has changed. Her voice has gone from a giggle to a whisper. So when her teacher casts her in the school play, she is filled with worry. How will she ever stand in front of a crowd and overcome her shyness? With the love and support of her family, Violet must find her inner confidence and turn that whisper into a roar! (From GoodReads.)

I am so pleased that Violet – with the help of Nana – could overcome her fear of public speaking, and at such a young age. I haven’t conquered mine – but I can present to a few hundred people, if needed (and with a LOT of prep!)
