A year or two ago If you’d have told me I’d,
Be stranded in my home; and barely go outside,
I’d never have believed, a virus had us locked
Inside our homes without our friends
Gosh, I’d have been so shocked!

Right now we can only visit

A week or two ago, I saw our numbers rise!
And visiting my friends was no longer safe or wise!
But if we wear our masks, distance, and sanitize!
And then we vaccinate then wait… (BIG BREAK)
Before we fraternize!

If you want to keep us safe
Just give your hands a cleanse!

A year or two from now, I know that we will find!
The measures that we took,
Have saved so many lives!
We’ll see that all our friends!

We’ll have them come around!

The more we all can wear our masks,
