At first glance this book appears to be silly but it really explains the feeling of anxiety (stomach aches, breathing difficulties) very well. As others keep telling Donut not to worry, they keep getting more frustrated until they meet Cookie. Cookie’s understands the importance of dealing with these anxious feelings and gives Donut good advice and mindful coping skill ideas. They understand that worrying is normal and “It’s Okay to not be Okay”.
