Written and illustrated by: Emily Hayes.
This is a picture book written in rhyme about the daily life of a child, of any age, who has SPD in some form. It goes through potential triggers that may come from textures, sound or smell. Harley explains how they may react when they have a bad reaction. The end of the book shows Harley performing calming exercises and explaining how their parents provides resources to keep their fears from arising. I want to add that the book is very gender neutral.
