This is a great book for that child who is frustrated when people just don’t get their name right. Mirha (Mir as in miracle and HA as in haha) is so excited to start school but when the teacher hesitates when pronouncing her name and none of the children get it right she becomes disappointed and wants a new name.  With the help of her mother she finds pride in her name and gains the voice to correct her classmates.

Every little person and adult deserves others to put effort into pronouncing their name. Sometimes getting an accent right may take practice but when somebody shows the respect to try it means a lot.
